About the Event
Learn techniques through gentle movement and yoga that you can practice effortlessly — while caring for baby and working from home. Kenia Clark, BS, Registered Yoga Instructor and Healthy Horizons Operations Manager, will be your encouraging guide as you learn:
- Stress relief meditation
- Gentle yoga poses you can do with baby
- Proper stretching techniques, using your breath
What you’ll need:
- Loose-fitting or stretchy clothing
- Yoga mat is not required; however, a towel, blanket, or carpeted area provides cushioning underneath while you lean on the chair
Our Instructor
Kenia is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY-200) with the U.S. Yoga Alliance. After six years of practicing yoga in studios across Nevada and California, she embarked on her teaching vocation. Kenia teacher online, at public studios and for private clients. Her classes focus on reconnecting with your body through breathwork and meditation, relieving tightness and tension in both body and mind, and building strength and stamina. She has a passion for teaching yoga and is an Operations Manager at Healthy Horizons, where she enjoys supporting new mothers.
