About the Event

Dedicate time to yourself to relax, unwind and tune-in with your body and breathe through a guided meditation. Kenia Clark, B.S., Registered Yoga Instructor and Healthy Horizons Operations Manager, will be your encouraging guide as you learn:

  • Breathing techniques to calm the mind, ease anxious feelings, and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

What you'll need:

  • A comfortable chair and a quiet space.

Length and Format: 30 minutes (25 minutes instruction and demonstration; additional 5 minutes throughout for Q&A with questions submitted via text chat)

Our Instructor:

Kenia Clark is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY-200) with the U.S. Yoga Alliance. After six years of practicing yoga in studios across Nevada and California, she embarked on her teaching vocation. Since becoming certified, Kenia has consistently taught one to ten classes a week, in both public studios and for private clients. Kenia's classes focus on reconnecting with your body through breathwork and meditation, relieving tightness and tension in both body and mind, and building strength and stamina. She has a passion for teaching yoga and is an Operations Manager at Healthy Horizons, where she enjoys supporting new mothers.
